Just drove off their lot with a Toyota Highlander, was assisted by Jordan the new sales guy, he’s really nice, very respectful and very customer oriented. Not a talkative, not pushy with anything, always asking what you would like, actively listens, and doesn’t recommend any car you say you don’t want. I also found the manager was quite straight forward which is a first for me and this is my 6th experience with a dealership.

More importantly, there were no tricks, no gimmicks, no unnecessary recommendations. I’m not sure if it’s because I insisted on “no tricks” or if that’s just how they do business usually. Regardless, I’m very happy with my experience from Sales to Management to Finance, Edwin is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant as well.
