Changes to Park Mazda During the COVID-19 Pandemic
To our valued customers and community,
As the situation with COVID-19 changes throughout the world, we have also made some changes that we’d like to share with you regarding Park Mazda and our message to you as our valued customers and community members:
Stay home if you can. Keep yourself and the community safe.
If you need us, our doors will be open at a reduced capacity. Our hours will change effective Sunday March 29th. Below are some details outlined for each of our departments.
Service department changes:
HOURS: Tuesday – Saturday 8:00am – 4:00pm
We no longer have a shuttle service operating at this time, for your safety and ours. We recommend drop-offs only at this time. We have a drop box where you can fill out the service required and we can take it from there. You can call us from the parking lot and we will come out and discuss any question in person from a distance. We have limited staff but we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please leave us a message.
All vehicles will be handled with gloves, seat covers and sanitized before and after for all touch-points of the vehicle. Unfortunately exterior vehicle cleans (outside of sanitization) will only be based on staff availability and quite limited at this time.
Sales Department changes:
HOURS: Tuesday – Saturday 8:00am – 6:00pm
We are operating on limited hours and limited staff. We recommend to book by appointment during this time. We can accommodate evening and weekend appointments as needed – let us know how we can make it easy for you. For example, we can bring a vehicle to you for a remote test drive. The vehicle will be sanitized in all touch-points to ensure your safety.
We encourage as much online and phone inquiries as possible. Let’s do as much as we can by phone and email at this time to avoid any in-person interaction.

Many banks are offering payment deferrals at this time. Take advantage and keep your money in your pocket during these uncertain times! If you need assistance, call us and we can help you through this.
We do offer payment deferrals, cash back and re-financing options that can help you stay as flexible as possible with cash flow and lowering payments/interest.
Mazda is also offering lease extensions for those in-lease customers. Call us for more information.
We bought cars expecting to sell at a certain rate. Obviously our forecasts have changed significantly. We have 43 remaining 2019 model year vehicles that we would love to move. Please contact us if you would like any pricing on our remaining 2019 model year vehicles.
If you are planning on visiting our dealership for an appointment, we’d like you to know that we’ve implemented a rigorous cleaning regiment that will continue throughout each day. This includes the disinfecting of high traffic areas and items including customer lounge areas, restrooms, counters, desks, phones, etc. In addition, we have provided our staff with information about COVID-19 and have implemented procedures for sanitization, social distancing, detection of symptoms, and self-quarantining procedures.
