To our valued customers,

We understand this is a very concerning time for our community and the entire world. I wanted to reach out to you and inform you that Park Mazda is taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff as well as our customers, and to outline exactly what we are doing to give you piece of mind while servicing your vehicle or purchasing a new one from us.

First, safety is our primary concern. We want to make sure that you are safe while visiting our dealership. We’ve implemented a rigorous cleaning regiment that will continue throughout each day, including the disinfecting of high traffic areas and items including customer lounge areas, restrooms, counters, desks, phones, etc. Our service technicians are using a new pair of gloves for each vehicle they service and are using plastic seat covers when entering and operating any of our customers’ vehicles.  We are also offering a pick-up service if you requiring servicing on your vehicle.  We will come pick-up your vehicle so you can stay at home.

In addition, we are offering you the option for us to bring a vehicle to you if you are requesting a test drive. The vehicle you are inquiring about will be further disinfected upon arrival to ensure your safety and piece of mind. If you have any additional requests regarding your safety or our procedures, you can let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Second, we have provided our staff with information about COVID-19 and have implemented procedures for sanitization, social distancing, detection of symptoms, and self-quarantining procedures.
